Our Stud Boys

Weets Hill Addison (D.O.B 22/07/2016)

Addison joined Hole Wood farm Alpacas in 2022. We fell in love with his large frame, handsome features, and gentle nature, but it was his outstanding pedigree that sold us. Addison’s sire is Surtierra Shadow-whose reputation precedes him-but his elite bloodlines don’t stop there. Addison’s dam is Reden’s Verity whose close heritage comprises of Snowmass Midnight Momentum, Lillyfield Jack of Spades, and EP Cambridge Gucci of Acc – An impressive array of black genetics, all wrapped into a neat macho alpaca package!

Addison exhibits excellent bone structure and proportion and has huge presence. His fleece is uniform, bright, and dense. He is keen to work and is standing at Hole Wood Farm - available for selective matings.

Mullacott Appaloosa Smokescreen (D.O.B 25/06/2020)

Smokey joined us with Max in 2022. He is a compact male with a gorgeous smokey harlequin-coloured fleece. He is listed as a modern grey as there wasn’t an appaloosa option when he was registered, but he is definitely a harlequin and has the potential to produce roan or maybe even spots. Smokey has a wonderfully dense fleece with a nice staple length. He is gentle natured and easy to handle, though quite vocal which we love as it gives him plenty of character!

Inca, Canchones, and Lillyfield Jack of Spades makes up Smokey’s pedigree, and we are excited to see what he will produce for us.

Smokey will be working for his first season in 2023 and will be available for limited matings.

(Please note, service fees are reflective of Smokey currently being unproven and will be increased next year when we have offspring to show off!)

Mullacott Torque (D.O.B 06/06/21)

Torque is our very special, classic appaloosa boy, and joined us in 2022 along with Max and Smokey.

He is exceptionally well grown and proportionate in his frame. He has wonderfully expressional features and a gentle, biddable nature. His fleece is exceptional too. Dense, fine, and with a fabulous staple length. He cut an impressive 3.6kg at shearing, and this was after having been cria shorn too!

He has appaloosa genetics on both his sire and dam’s side of the pedigree, and we hope to see some magic happen this year.

Torque will possibly be available for very limited matings in 2023, and matings will be limited in 2024 too. So if you think you’d like Torque to cover one of your females, please get in touch so we can have a chat.
